Jackie Butterfield, Principle Applications Engineer, hosted an eight-part webinar series called "Train Talks @ 12," which focused on Friction Management.

Jackie presented on eight different Friction Management topics during the sessions, including: an introduction to Friction Management, wear and rolling contact fatigue, noise mitigation, corrugation, low adhesion, energy consumption, derailment risk, and validation and trials best practices.
During the sessions, Jackie shared the knowledge and benefits our FM programs provide to our customers. Many of the issues faced by railways such as noise pollution, corrugation of rail, and derailments can be mitigated by FM applications. These webinars give a detailed overview of these issues and how our FM solutions work to solve them.
