Maria Siewniak, Trainee Quantity Surveyor, shares her enthusiasm, "Being a degree apprentice in the railway industry has exposed me to countless new educational and practical learning opportunities. Ephraim Boakye, Trainee Quantity Surveyor, echoes this sentiment, saying, "Starting out as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor has turned out better than I expected. I've had the opportunity to be involved in real-life rail projects and work alongside colleagues with years of experience. I will always be thankful to L.B. National Apprenticeship Week is the biggest week in the apprenticeship calendar and should teach aspiring apprentices the importance of networking."
