The Malibu is manufactured with steel-reinforced precast concrete and available in a variety of textures and colors to complement existing architecture while offering exceptional durability and minimal maintenance.
The 31’ x 26’ Malibu has two multiuser restrooms with a concession section and includes four total, any combination of toilets and urinals (two ADA), two sinks, ADA grab bars, 6’ roll-up concession door, 3-compartment stainless steel sink, and interior and exterior lights.
