We then present the survey findings in a detailed report with photographs and sketches to serve as the foundation for our subsequent actions. 

Proposal Development and Design 

• Equipped with survey results, we present sensible proposals, including a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis.  

• We then develop designs using the renowned RIBA Stages of work, from stages 3 to 7.  

• Our robust, market-tested designs ensure the best value through supply chain input and risk mitigation. We cover everything from outlining the scope of work and energy analysis to detailed design, installation, commissioning, and even post-occupancy evaluation.  

• We prioritise dealing with any defects immediately to maintain CO2 saving throughout the building services lifecycle.
