Our intuitive hardware and intelligent software accessibility features remove barriers and promote inclusive, safe, and independent travel for all passengers—regardless of ability.
Across the transport sector, accessibility challenges remain widespread—unclear signage, inaccessible print or digital formats, and poor audio announcements often create obstacles for visually impaired, deaf and neurodivergent passengers. At L.B. Foster Inform, we’re transforming this experience by enabling every passenger to navigate their journey with confidence and independence.
Empowering Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Passengers
Deaf passengers often struggle to understand announcements or read printed materials, making it difficult to stay informed about travel changes.
Our pioneering British Sign Language (BSL) software solution delivers real-time BSL translations of station announcements and live train information—providing instant access to critical updates for passengers whose first language is BSL.
