Innovating to support National Accessibility Initiatives:

In 2025, L.B. Foster Inform interactive touchscreen Help Points were adapted to support the Rail Delivery Group’s Welcome Points Trial across 35 UK stations. Following its success, the Department for Transport (DfT) announced Welcome Points as a key part of the National Accessibility Roadmap—a practical plan delivering immediate improvements to rail accessibility.
